2025: Scaling Ever Higher
nFusion Capital delivered exceptional results in 2025, growing our portfolio by over 50%. As the firm has scaled, we are targeting larger middle market companies with complex financing needs while still maintaining our foundational support for growth-focused small businesses, with deal sizes ranging from $500,000 to $30 million. Additionally, we are leveraging the unique, secured finance platform and models we built for the underserved construction industry to support other industries where the needs of business owners and operators are unmet. We remain laser-focused on ensuring that all business owners and operators have critical access to capital.
Talent wins championships, and 2025 was no exception. We welcomed five exceptional professionals whose expertise and character elevate our entire organization:

- Senior Executive Vice President of Business Development Alexandra Scoggin was featured in SFNet’s The Secured Lender Recognizing Excellence: Women in Commercial Finance. Alexandra was also recognized in the ABF Journal’s Inaugural Legends & Leaders edition as a Rainmaker for excellence in Specialty Finance.
- Senior Vice President Jesse Baer was recognized with SFNet’s 40 Under 40 award.

Jason Lippman, CEO, continued his volunteer work and completed 24 flights with Angel Flight this year, transporting patients seeking cancer treatment at MD Anderson Cancer Center.
Amity Mercado, CFO, once again brought the team spirit to our community service through her membership in the Rotary Club of Northwest Austin. Together we assembled over 1500 lunches for Hope Austin.
